Dear Customer,

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account using the same email address used for placing the order.

2. Go to My Orders.

3. Select the item you wish to return.

4. Choose the reason for return.

Once the process is completed, our delivery executive will collect the item from your address within 48–72 hours.

 

Please note: We don’t accept return or exchange from UAE market.
